Preview URL Troubleshooting

If the preview or published link is not loading, work through these common causes and fixes.

Network or DNS blocking
Some corporate firewalls, mobile carriers, or public Wi-Fi networks block *.lovable.app subdomains. The page may return a 404, DNS error, or blank white screen.
  1. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa).
  2. Try a different network, such as a personal hotspot.
  3. If it works on one network, your other network is blocking the domain.
Gmail / security scanners break magic links
Email security scanners sometimes pre-click one-time login links before you open them. When you later tap “Log in”, the token is already used and the click does nothing.
  1. Avoid magic links on scanned inboxes; use password sign-in instead.
  2. If you must use a link, copy it and paste it into the same browser where you are already signed in.
  3. Request a fresh link and open it immediately.
Published URL vs preview URL
Preview URLs are ephemeral and can change. The published production URL is stable and often resolves better on restricted networks.
  1. Use the published production URL: https://247nxt.com
  2. Bookmark the published URL instead of the preview URL.
  3. Keep the preview URL for internal testing only.
Browser cache or stale preview
A cached page or expired preview session can make the app look broken even when the server is healthy.
  1. Hard-refresh the page (pull down on mobile, or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R on desktop).
  2. Open the link in an incognito / private tab.
  3. Clear site cookies and cache for the preview domain.
Auth emails flagged by inbox providers
Gmail and other providers may flag login or verification emails as suspicious because they originate from a shared sender domain.
  1. Check spam/junk and the “Updates” or “Promotions” tabs.
  2. If the message has a warning banner, tap it and choose “Looks safe” to proceed.
  3. For production, configure a custom email domain so messages come from your own brand.
